Meet Ken

Founder & CEO

He grew up in a printer factory, worked at Alibaba, and then came back — not to inherit, but to reinvent.

From a small workshop in Hunan to building a next-gen vending system for the world, this is Ken’s story of belief, challenge, and change.

Not to take over, but to do something I truly believe in.

I was born in Hunan, China, where my father worked his whole life in a printer equipment factory.

From a very young age, the factory was a part of my life.

While other kids played soccer or video games after school, I was in the factory watching my dad adjust printheads, replace circuit boards, and fix ink paths.

In my father’s view, “stable equipment” and “helping customers make money” were the top priorities. From him, I learned a simple yet firm lesson: if you want to do something right, you need to solve the problem completely.

But honestly, I never thought about “inheriting the factory.”

I wanted to go out and see what the world was really like.

So, I worked my hardest to get into Lanzhou University

A school far from home, which made me realize for the first time, “Wow, people can have so many possibilities.”

During my four years there, I never slacked off — I was involved in the student union, earned scholarships, and participated in entrepreneurship competitions, not to prove I was better than others, but because I knew: I couldn’t waste the opportunity to step outside.

I wanted to become someone who could earn a living with my abilities in a larger world.

After graduation, I joined Alibaba, where I spent the fastest-growing four years of my life.

I started in sales, eventually becoming the sales supervisor for the international platform, leading teams, conducting training, and helping Chinese factories succeed on the platform.

But the more I worked, the more I found a painful problem that bothered me:

Many factories had great products, but they didn’t know how to talk about them or how to sell them;

Meanwhile, some suppliers with mediocre products were making huge sales through marketing and price wars.

This made me uncomfortable.

The industry shouldn’t be like this.

So, I made a decision that wasn’t understood by many but was very clear to me: I left Alibaba and re

I didn’t go back to “take over,” but to revisit the manufacturing site and rebuild a path that I truly believed in.

I’m not an engineer, but I understand customers;

I’m not a “machine enthusiast,” but I understand business.

I wanted to try and build a system that would help factories, who purchased equipment, keep making money through our joint efforts.

I started from scratch, building a team, creating content, providing training, and making sales — helping customers succeed;

Running the overseas market while building our own system.

It was during this process that I found something that made me decide to “give it another shot” —

the phone case vending printer.

It’s Not Just a Machine, It’s About Business Boundaries

When I first saw it, my reaction wasn’t, “Wow, this machine is cool,”

but rather, “Has anyone really gotten this right?”

I bought a machine to test it, and in 3 days, I printed 3 decent cases.

The machine jammed, ink clogged, the interface was chaotic… I can only say it was more of a concept prototype than a business tool.

But in that moment, I became even more determined:

If no one is doing it seriously, we will build one that truly makes money.

It’s not about selling a machine, but about giving customers a terminal that will continuously generate income.

Building a System, Not Just a Product

I realized clearly that our generation is not about making products, but about building systems.

I don’t want customers to “figure things out on their own,” I want them to follow a process and make it work.

I aim to create the most stable products, from hardware to software, so customers can feel this is the best product in the industry.

Customers don’t just want a good-looking product; they want a system that keeps making money, a solid business model.

To better serve the overseas market, we set up a local branch in the US,

not for face value, but to really solve localized operation and after-sales issues,

so our customers can have peace of mind and not worry.

More Than Just a Business — We’re Pushing a Complete Path

I’m not just running a business, I’m making an entire path visible.

I want our customers to make money and grow;

I want Chinese manufacturing to go global, but not by slashing prices, but through systems and services;

I also want more young people in the future to enter the personalized retail field with low barriers to entry,

using equipment to carry creativity and using systems to generate stable profits.

My Vision: Empowering Future Entrepreneurs

I want to empower more young people to enter the personalized retail field with low barriers to entry,

using equipment to carry creativity, and systems to generate stable profits.

I’m Ken.

I was born in a factory and worked on a platform, but now I’ve chosen to return to the front lines and do something I truly believe in.

I’m also deeply grateful for my father’s years of hard work, which allowed me to quickly stand on the shoulders of giants in this industry and pursue my own dream.

I believe: manufacturing shouldn’t be lonely, chaotic, or uncertain;

it can be stable, light, elegant, and even global.

We’re already doing it, and we hope to work with like-minded partners around the world to make it more complete and long-lasting.

If you’re also looking for a solution that works, earns, and can be replicated,

I’d love to chat with you.

We’re not just equipment suppliers, we’re a system that makes your business run successfully.
